Thanks to rising women's tech events around the U.S. and woman-focused associations, girls are becoming more and more exposed to careers in engineering. Women Who Code is a captivating after-school learning experience that introduces middle school and higher school women to computer science courses within a supportive sisterhood of peers. Women from all backgrounds are encouraged to develop leadership abilities, technical knowledge, and employ their problem-solving abilities to create a much better world. 7. Malala Fund
